Role - Creative Lead (2022)

LABCLO is a Birmingham city centre retail space inspired by Hong Kong’s vibrant retail culture, blending commerce with local heritage. Through rebranding and strategic planning, the store attracted high-profile brands and positioned itself as a key destination with a culturally resonant, exclusive offering.

I developed a cohesive visual language for brand collaborations, designing co-branded assets that elevated both in-store and digital activations while preserving LABCLO’s distinct identity. I also created exclusive apparel and packaging that reinforced the brand’s aesthetic and market appeal.

To amplify digital presence, I produced dynamic motion graphics and campaign visuals for social media and in-store use. Additionally, I led early-stage brand positioning, secured influential collaborations, and implemented strategic initiatives to deepen community engagement and boost credibility.
